No patents were declared.

Arpad Muranyi reviewed his suggested formatting changes.  Bob Ross suggested
putting the definitions, even obvious ones, at the top of the document.
Arpad agreed.  Bob also suggested pulling the rules out separately.  Some
discussion
ensued regarding differences between 5.0 and 5.1, particularly which
portions
have yet to be approved through IBIS-ATM.

The next meeting will conclude the review of Arpad's document and complete
review of Bob's.
