While BIRD196.1 was accepted today, it only now occurs to me that it must
also be approved for inclusion in IBIS 7.0. The next two Open Forum
meeting dates are October 30 and December 21, which by our usual process
would be the earliest date to hold that vote. That approval probably needs
to happen before IBIS 7.0 is put out for ratification review. We need to
consider how soon the editorial work might be completed, if December 21 is
too late, and if there is any alternative process.
