it could be something to do with my sound card i had problems with it
before when the sound card's bit rate was cranked up to 24 bit 192000 hz
studio quality which i reverted it to it's default setting 16 bit 44100
hz cd quality, the sound card my computer is using is conexant smart
audio hd

So I can sympathize with you on that.
I use win7 as well. My only problem with sounds is that sometimes death
sounds play before the actual killing skill. As far as I know, I am the only
one with issue, lol.
Let me dig around for some replacement sounds and see if that might in the
mean time. If it works, then no worries. If not, then I would agree there is
more to the problem.
It will have to be this evening when I get back from treatment.

i am not sure it seems to be something to do with the windows 7
operating system i did had this problem before but when the next update
for tactical battle dev 7 the problem had stop until i gotten a windows
7 update for the main operating system not sure what changes has been
done when the windows update was installed but so far it is odd because
it only happens with certain sounds and also the stuttering is back as
well i might need to look up the windows 7 updates to see what has
happened but trying to get info about an update on microsoft.com is a
pain to navigate and even harder to operate it due to it having some
kind of fancy buttons and features on the website causes jaws to have a
fit and would sometimes cause jaws to bounce around the screen like a
pin ball which is extremely annoying.

i just gotten an update for my windows 7 operating system and since then
i gotten sound quality problems but it only normally happens to specific
sounds which are the cement, driveway, road, table, window, raling,and
garage sounds in one shot wonders and the wall sounds in star wars the
clone wars. what is happening is that the sound quality gets distorted
but when you first trigger the sound it sounds normal but when it is
triggered again it gets distorted and muffled and i am getting audio
looping where all the sounds the music and game sounds gets looped over
and over again for several times then it plays as normal but during the
looping the speech does not go and the game is frozen for the duration
the problem with the loop back is that it is random but commonly happens
when you trigger a command during a sound of a previous command but it
is not always the rule because it will happen randomly at times even if
you are not doing anything it will happen. as for the update i can not
determine which windows update is causing it because i gotten several
updates for the windows 7 operating system which it might be one of the
updates for windows 7 for 64 based systems updates but i can not tell
which although i also gotten several definition updates for microsoft
security client and updates for avg as well.
