The health_inflict_mod= flag will affect every damaging skill, unlessyou specify. So if you have health_inflict_mod=125|slashing, then you'll add the slashing damage to whatever damage your skill already does. But if you have attack_health_inflict_mod=125|slashing, then the slashing damage is only added to the attack skill.
