I've hit another snag and I don't have any idea what I can have done wrong this
time.
I created some summoning skills in preparation for the construction of my first
official map, which involves running around to half a dozen structures and
retrieving the royal units from them. The thing is, even though I specified the
"empty_tile" flag, the skill still asked "Who will you use skill x on?" instead
of "Where will you use skill x?" I changed it to just "tile" but there was no
difference. I don't know what's wrong!
