Hmm, on the other hand, in video sequences or audio sequences without scrolling
text, I mean a sequence wich is played in other games, the speech rate can't be
controlled in each situation. I think that is something wich can be dealth
with, since you have the option to hear or skip the sequences. In lots of games
you have even no other option.

Yeah, but it still involves a map and I have been told that people don’t like
it because they cant control the speech speed rae. Still, it might be my only
solution.

Hi Al,
probably it could be a possible way to do the cut scenes in .wav or .mp3 files
wich are played, just as you do in one of the star ship battle map packs. I
think that would be the easiest way to accomplish that.

I am still slugging away at it. My biggest problem is that I wish there was
some way to make a cut scene, so I can give some description and dialog that
will make the maps more understandable. The intro text is really tough to put
all the stuff in that is needed or wanted. I hope I explained that right.
