[i3] bug in layout support

Hello.

I think I have noticed a regression in development version ( 4.8-43-gb91cd34 (2014-06-24, branch "next") ): when it is started, it seems to use a qwerty layout, and I have to reload it. Once reloaded, everything works fine anew.

I have noticed this problem since yesterday, so I guess the regression was introduced around Monday.
I am using a Debian testing.
