Dear i3 users,
In case you’re unfamiliar with the autobuild repositories:
we offer repositories for Debian and Ubuntu that contain post-commit i3
builds,
i.e. they are up-to-date within minutes after a new commit lands in i3.
i3 users can configure these repositories to use the latest and greatest
version,
or verify that a bug is indeed fixed for the next release.
And thank you for reporting any bugs that you encounter! :)
Thus far, we have been using bintray to host these repositories.
Unfortunately, bintray will be shut down soon:
https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/
We have therefore switched to https://www.getbalto.com/ as our repository
hosting service.
The instructions at https://i3wm.org/docs/repositories.html have been
updated.
Please report any issues with the balto repository directly to me.
Thanks!
