This might be a dumb question, but have you looked @ the documentation
on how to install phpMySQL? (
http://phpmyadmin.sourceforge.net/documentation/) It might just be that
you haven't comfigured your config.inc.php3 correctly. From what they
say it seems simple. But simplicity can be deceiving, =).
