Hi mindfulness meditators,
After I followed a 4-years course I am busy with subjects all related to
chakra's.
I made a matrix with over 70 subjects all with the seven chakra levels.
Since this matrix was too big I changed the format and made a Word-document
using the same amount of tables all with the 7 chakra levels. I made a Dutch
version, however since many nationalities are on the HTC and within ASML I
translated it in an English version (Eef and Michel reviewed this, thanks!)
I made some examples how to use the doc.
Despite all which already can be found on the internet this is a new format how
to get background information about chakra's.
You can find it on Amazon.com or Amazon.nl or Amazon kindle books.
Than search for my name "Sjaak van den Kieboom" (my wife made a painting which
I used as cover, for all chakra colors can be found here) and you find:
