I just got a call from a reporter for the Cape Cod Times. If I understood
her correctly, a Barnstable cop left a gun on a towel dispenser, where it
was found by a 10-year old. The kid was on the ball, and notified his father
(Eddy the Eagle Program, perhaps?).
Now this supposedly happened in OCTOBER; had a mere peasant done this, s/he
would have already been prosecuted. Yet, apparently, charges have not (yet)
been brought.
Anyone hear about this twit? Laurie; that's YOUR area. What's the buzz?
