Ok but lets for two seconds take the small child factor out of it. If an adult
walks into the stall see's the loaded pistol pics it up points it at themselves
pulls the trigger and gets a one way trip to the hospital is it reasonable to
blame their stupidity on someone else's stupidity? After all isn't that what
you would be charging the person for, for causing a situation where someone
else could potentially gets hurt? Now you factor in the little kid and things
change. You would hope that parents have enough sense to teach their kids about
this stuff but when kids are being raised by snowflakes all bets are off. Lets
hear it Keith :).

Seriously?
Two words: Reckless endangerment.

So clearly there's a double standard here I was surprised to learn that they
even revoked his carry permit but my question is if this scenario happened to
Joe shmoe do you think there should be a penalty? Obviously leaving a firearm
lying around is stupid and irresponsible but is it worth of a crime? Just
curious on some peoples thoughts I can see it both ways.

Reporter calls me; quotes Jason. THEN doesn't even cite that statute, which I
gave her, WITH the penalties.
WTF?
