I wasn't listening last night either so didn't see or hear that.
I was going to email the DJs & Paul Darnell this morning about the t.shirt
design anyway & ask that it wasn't mentioned anymore.
I would have thought that Ray would have seen & read what was said on the
message board yesterday, as he's one of the main people who uses it, and
realised that that was not the right thing to do.
As I've said before, people stop looking at the message board because of the
amount of stuff that's posted on there, maybe this is another example of that?
I'm against producing any t.shirts with this design for several reasons.
Time, logistics, cost & the fact that we can't be seen to be encouraging others
to use our copyrighted design in any form, it's a slippery slope if you do and
if you allow one person to do it you might as well give it away for free.
Maybe we should have thought about something like this prior to the broadcast,
but I think we were all too focussed on actually getting the station on the air
at the time. And we'd already decided not to do any t.shirts this year, once
again for several reasons.

Did nobody give Ray the nod about the lockdown shirt. I notice this morning he
used the artwork to promote his show last night. I wasn’t listening so I don’t
if anything was said but there was some reaction by the looks of it on the FB
page.
If we are not gonna proceed with the shirt then can the artwork be removed from
the emails so it doesn’t appear any where else and raise the same questions

Ok The thing is we are at the end of the broadcast and this will all fizzle
out
To be honest we know ourselves that it’s not just take a photo and put it on
a shirt. Someone’s got to print it and provide the shirt etc. It all costs
money especially for a one off.
My thoughts are. Say nothing , do not put it on the website and let it fade
away.
