Yes, I think they should go on the HR page as it would be good to
promote this facility.
I agree that the date should be included in the filename and suggest it
is in the form yyyy-mm-dd as only in this form will it correctly sort in
a simple alphabetic list. Any other form you need a special date sort
algorithm.
I looked into this and sorting and finding stuff on a mixcloud page is
not that easy, probably best start the file name with the person's name
or programme name if that fits so:
e.g. (with no spaces)
variety-mix-2021-05-10.mp3 (or whatever type it is) might be a good
format to follow.

Yes, we do have a HR Mixcloud account, which I set up years ago, but which we haven't really used.
It would be a good idea to have the specialist shows uploaded to the HR Mixcloud page, as well as to DJ's personal pages/sites.
Then we can point listeners to the HR Mixcloud page

Can I suggest that DJ's put the year in the file name so that listeners know which year the show is from.
Can I also suggest that we only upload shows from this year, at the moment at least, otherwise the page will get very confusing.

I think it’s ok to upload to your personal site at any time. Not sure about HR one ( do we have one? )
Postings on HR fb must be during Robojock times so as not to encroach on DJ posts.
