I've been asked by my club if we could set up a date for a photograph of us
handing over a giant size cheque to you on behalf of Hastings Rock. This photo
would be used by us on our website and it could also go on the Hastings Rock
facebook and website too.
I know that we have already transferred the money by BACS to HR account, but
the "big cheque photo" is something we've always done in our club.
Please let me know if you could agree to this, and we will sort out a mutually
convenient place and date for the photo.
