When I sent reminders and then emailed I pointed out that we have new bank
details and highlighted them. The correct details have always been on the
invoices.

It’s on my list to contact Andy Miller again, can you confirm that our invoices
contain our new bank account details for funds transfer ( I’m sure it does but
that’s possibly the reason booker money hasn’t arrived with us, they could
still have our old account info on their system....)
