After our meeting last (Thanks all.), first Action for me was to send out a
reminder link to where to find the Advert System so we can all start to
contact our "own" advertisers and get their agreement to sponsor us again
this year..

As usual, the default t user name and password is.. Well not sure how to do
this without compromising our Security.. Maybe send it over on another mail
to you all... but you my remember it's a simple one..
Anyway as a first port of call, please can you start contacting our loyal
supporters and get their buy in. there are a few anomalies on the system,
IE with Dawn not being a member of our Ctte, someone will need to take up
the cudgels for her advertisers, Nick, I know you said you would contact the
new Manager at the Clarence, once you have done that, please login to the
system , and amend the entry for the Clarence with the new contact names and
also, change the Sponsor from Dawn to yourself, and alter the e-mail
address, its simple, just open the ad and you can see what needs to be
changed.
So there we are, first Action point. Done.!
Please direct all Advertising related Q's to Tony Davies as he will be
taking up this extremely important role for us for which I hope we can all
give our FULL support to him in the coming months (he is a noob.. And we all
know what its like to be a noob!)
