Dear Colleague
NHS North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group is planning a
winter communications campaign and would like to hear views from Barnet
residents on receiving the Flu and Covid-19 booster vaccines.
We have created a short survey so that we can better understand the
issues that will inform patients’ decisions.
Please share this survey with your audiences and ask them to complete
it. It should take no more than five minutes to complete and all
responses will be anonymous. The information will be very helpful to us.
