True or false: Of all the things you can use Duct Tape for one of them Isn't For Duct Sealing. I am surprised no one picked up on this one, but it is actually True! One of the few things that duct tape isn't good for is sealing ducts! The reason being is that In a relatively short time, common duct tape dries out and comes loose. Look for foil tape with a peel-off backing if you choose to tape your duct joints. Better yet, use duct mastic. Apply mastic anywhere two pieces of duct come together to form a lasting seal.
