I should also add that I'm a volunteer tutor with Reading Partners, and
Northside Achievement Zone applied to support their collaboration with
Reading Partners. I'm not involved through NAZ, but I do have some
insights into the work of Reading Partners.

I can forward this information to the team that organizes the offering
plate. I don't think it's important that the other team knows specifically
who has what ties, but rather a specific but anonymous list of any ties
that someone on the committee might have with the organizations.
