I printed out the Installation Notes (see attached,) but still no joy. After much heavy lifting, I got it to work fine under Debian Etch, but of course failed to write down the procedure I followed, because it was so simple I was sure that I would easily remember it...kinda like when I put something somewhere because then I'll be sure to remember.
