I came across one of these on ebay and have discovered that the things are suddenly everywhere. They all seem to be running Windows CE with flash drives from 2 to 8 GB, clock speeds of 300 MHz or less, either 64 or 128 MB of RAM and the faster models boot up in about 7 seconds. Prices seem to be $110 plus or minus $10. On the low end of the price range are units which come direct from Hong Kong, with free shipping and "Buy Now" prices of $99. These models have slower processors and take around 30 seconds to boot up. Screen resolution is 800 X 480. The keyboard is small but appears to be considerably larger than the keyboard on the OLPC. I'd love to see how well one of these would run with Slitaz or one of the netbook-specific distros I keep hearing about but can't seem to find any hard information on, except gOS of course but let's not talk about gOS, it's probably just me but I don't like it.

I like the idea of a $100 laptop but I'm going to hold our for a 9" model with an 8 GB flash drive and a fast Linux distro. :)
