[hipl-users] udp port number has changed

Hi,
we have changed the UDP port number from 50500 to 10500 in the latest
source code in favour of latest IANA decisions. The servers are not yet
upgraded but will be soon. If you want to stick to the old port numbers,
you can do this with "hipconf nat port local/peer PORT".
Remember to update your firewall rules if you need some holes for HIP!
