[hipl-users] Ethereal 0.10.6 and 0.10.7 patches

Hello,
we have updated the ethereal patches to the latest
versions. Also we've modified it to be in compliance with
the nikkander-mm-draft-00 , so no we can sea the REA_INFO
and AC_INFO Payloads correctly (we hope).
