Summary:
Rewrote input from raw socket to use recvmsg. Does not work yet.

The local address is received now somewhat better but I think it is
still scrambled.
There is also something else weird in the code. The main() function
passes hip_receive_control_packet() a valid pointer to a hip_common
structure, but the pointer is just all wrong when the
hip_receive_control_packet() actually receives it:
