I don't see anything in the condo docs that prohibits work on weekends
or at specific times.
In general, the work should not unreasonably disturb people in other
Units. The work most likely impacts your immediate neighbors. If there
will be a lot of noise, you may want to reach out to them and let them
know when to expect noise and for how long. Even though your neighbors
may still be disturbed, you showed them some courtesy and it will ease
tensions.
Looking at Atlanta's noise ordinance, weekend work should be performed
between 10AM and 10PM only. On weekdays, 7AM to 10PM is allowable.
