Morning Neighbors,

The Board just received an estimated time. To piggy back off of CMA’s email
yesterday regarding the emergency water shut off for the complex due to
issues in the 600 building, the plumbers will be on site around 9am. It is
expected to take 4-5 hours. They will provide updates if needed.
