Thanks to our very efficient and responsive new property manager, Kyle Scroggs,
interim or otherwise, for his help today. After receiving all the messages and
complaints, he was on top of this first thing this morning and kept the board
up to date throughout the day. He is definitely a much needed asset to this
community.

Hi everyone,
To put everyone in the neighborhood at ease, Kyle Scroggs got in touch with
the beneficial owner of the unit this morning. (The owner of the unit is a
trust.)
The owner does not live in the neighborhood and was unaware of what was
happening. He is now taking steps to resolve the situation with the tenant.
The HOA is also taking steps to determine the validity of the lease. We are
getting the association's attorney in the loop for potential legal action.
Please refrain from interacting with the occupants and guests of unit
1006 while the situation is being addressed. As always, call 911 if you see
any suspicious people in the neighborhood or if someone is breaking the law.
Please continue to contact the Board if we should send any violation notices
to the unit's owner.
