We have a lot of units selling which mean residents moving out throwing
away junk and new residents moving in with moving boxes, renovations, etc.
stand up guys should be here tomorrow.

Reminder- if recycling is overcrowded, the recycling trucks will not pick
it up. Do not leave on top of bins because of rats.

All boxes should be broken down flat before putting in trash or recycling.

STYROFOAM CAN NOT BE RECYCLED.

pick-up bed worth of junk there.  The name of the company is #1 Top Notch
Home Improvement (404) 671-6504.  I assume one of us hired them for some
work and they did not comply with the rule to haul it away themselves,
instead being lazy and dropping it here.

Good morning and happy Monday!



I just wanted to check in with the board or whoever may know anything
about this. Our recycling/junk area is looking pretty crazy right now and I
just wanted to check in about the guidelines that we have set for the
neighborhood. Does anyone know what the parameters/rules are for dumping
junk/boxes/recycling?



I tried looking at the google doc guidelines but didn’t see anything that
gave specific parameters.. but maybe I missed it?
