I usually see a black Kia Soul parked in the driveway of 605 and the driver
is male — not sure if this is the same one.

This black Kia Soul tailgated me into the complex a few minutes ago.  The
driver went into the pool area.  I did not want to confront him but just
wanted to share this with all.
