Since the water shut off I've been experiencing lower than normal water
pressure and when turned on faucets they spurted out water.
How long will this last?

This is normal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the water to clear, but hopefully
it is already clear by now.

Hi everyone,
This is not yet confirmed, but there may be a need to shut water off to the
neighborhood today. If this is the case, Clara will send out an eblast.
There is a possibility that the building water valve to the 500 building is
broken. Zurn plumbing is coming out to inspect. If the valve is indeed
broken, then the entire neighborhood will experience a water outage.
In the meantime, if you have a need to use water today, please go ahead and use
it sooner rather than later, just in case it is shut off.
I don't have any further details regarding timing or duration at the moment.
Thanks,
Alex
