I saw the same carrier leaving the complex today that previously left the panel
unlocked. After parking, I checking the panel and realized it was left
unlocked, AGAIN.
I left the complex and found the carrier as she was delivering at another
residence. I requested that she come back and lock the panel. She did. I
asked her to PLEASE double check it in the future before she leaves to make
sure it's secure.

Hi everyone,
This is just a quick note to let everyone know that the pool is not yet open.
The pool cover has been removed, and the pool might look inviting, but please
do not enter the pool.
If it wasn't for the pandemic, the pool season would officially begin on May
1st. We know that the pool will not open before May 13th. We will use
guidance from the Atlanta Mayor, Georgia Governor, and our pool company to
determine the opening date. We plan to place a sign on the pool gate
indicating that the pool is closed until further notice.
On a different note, the fitness center will be closed on Monday from 8AM - 3PM
for maintenance. Please do not enter the fitness center during this time.
We also realize that a specific panel of mailboxes is being left unlocked on a
frequent basis. This is not due to any theft, vandalism, or defective
equipment. I believe it is because we have multiple or new mail carriers who
are not familiar with our property. They forget that the center panel has two
locks. While the postal service has been informed of these issues, the HOA
plans to add a small sign next to the lock that doesn't get locked. The goal
is to draw the mail carrier's attention to the lock at the time they are
unlocking it, so that they remember to lock it.
