Last night when we attempted to turn on the shower, the floor below the
shower started flooding. We turned off the water line but it did some
damage to the second floor. Does anyone have any recommendations for fixing
the problem as well as the damaged ceiling? And whether this sort of thing
is covered by the HOA?
