If you see something suspicious or if people are lingerie around the
premises don't hesitate to call the police.

Around 10:15 this morning as I was outside washing my car, 3 people were
walking around the premises looking for unit 1024. I told them I didn't
believe there was such a unit. All of them had bags of stuff with them as
if they were homeless and one of them was wearing very dirty clothing. Two
of them left out of the pedestrian gate but one stayed (a woman) and sat on
the utility box in the patch of grass across from the mailboxes to rest in
the shade. She asked for a glass of water, which I gave her, thinking she
would also leave with the other 2 after drinking the water but she didn't.
She mentioned to me that the other 2 would probably come back once they
got tired and hungry and said that 'Jeff' had let them in the gate and told
them to wait for him at unit 1024. She then proceeded to make calls and
talk on the phone for the next hour and a half, presumably waiting for
'Jeff'.
She asked me if there was a bathroom in the pool house and I told her yes
but that you needed a gate key to get in. She mentioned that she'd rather
wait in there for Jeff. I didn't let her in and I heard her ask someone
else to let her in but they didn't either. I finished washing my car and
went back inside my unit. She sat out there for another 30 minutes or so
(total of 2 hrs at this point). When I last checked, she was gone but I
don't know if she gained access to a unit, the pool house or left the
premises.
I'm not sure exactly what this whole situation was about but it felt
similar to what was going on with unit 1006 a few weeks back.
