Hey Alex and rest of the community,
Quick question for a new owner. If the property tax bill is valued for
2016, and new homeowners recently applied for homestead exemption for 2017,
will that be applied as well and possibly be a lower bill?

If you filed an appeal this year, it has been thrown out as there is no
longer a need to appeal.
