Hi everyone,
I'm meeting with 7 people this evening to distribute mailbox keys. Key
pickup appointments are still available for tomorrow morning and Monday
evening, although nobody has signed up yet. We only have 18 units left
that still need to schedule an appointment. Please visit

Beginning Wednesday, homeowners or authorized tenants will need to visit
the CMA office to pick up their mailbox keys.
Some of you have white access cards that no longer work. They can be
traded in at the CMA office for a new access card for only $7. The
normal price for a new card is $20. Also, some of you want to get new
remotes. For either of these services, please email Clara Sorrells
(csorrells@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) ahead of time to arrange this, since CMA
does not always have items in stock.
The following units have indicated that they still owe me some
information about their device IDs: 203, 302, 303, 305, 306, 605, 611,
709, 801, 910, and 1001. Please email this information to me directly
at alex@xxxxxxxxx. Remember that device IDs are always 5 digits, and
they are located on the inside of remotes. You can use a penny to open
key chain remotes, and a Phillips screwdriver to open the boxy-style
remotes. If you're in doubt, just provide all of the numbers that you
see for each device.
I'm compiling a master list of device IDs and call box listings. If any
of your information has changed since your appointment, please email me
with your updates between now and Monday. I will provide the list to
CMA on Tuesday.
Once CMA receives the list, the plan is to update the call box with the
updated list of device IDs and call box directory entry listings. The
date that the call box is updated is not yet known, but we expect it
will be just after January 1st.
Q&A
How do I get to CMA's office? - They are located at 1465 Northside Dr NW
Suite 128, Atlanta, GA 30318. When you enter the parking lot, they are
immediately straight ahead. They are open 9-5 M-Th and 9-4 on Fridays.
I still owe some information, or I have not yet picked up my keys. What
will happen to my access devices and call box entries? - We plan to
remove all unclaimed device IDs. For people who have not provided any
information, we will use our best guess as to the devices that you have.
In practice, most units needed some new device IDs added to their
profile as well as some old device IDs removed from their profile. If
you have picked up your keys, then you have already provided updated
call box information. If you have not picked up keys, then we will
preserve call box entries that match the owner's last name. You can
always request that CMA (Clara) add new call box entries if they have
been deleted.
The call box has been updated, and one or more of my devices aren't
working. What can I do? - We want to be as flexible as possible, and we
realize that corrections will need to be made. When we know the date
that the call box will be updated, we will announce it as well as
instructions on how to report issues.
