One of the new residents (who are not on this email list) in the 400 units--
had a pipe bust and had water pouring through their garage all night. They
had a plumber come in the middle of the night and shut the water off for
the 400 buildings to stop the damage. The water is still shut off for the
400 units and might be all day, according to our neighbors. They are
actively trying to fix the situation so they can turn the water back on.
