I agree with Robert. It has also been a concern for potential buyers of my
property.

removal of this junk during this pandemic. However, it has now reached a
point of total ridiculousness with what is being left next to the trash
compactor. This practice needs to stop immediately. Today there are large
appliances like washing machines that have been left there. It is the sole
responsibility of the homeowner/renter to have their junk hauled off. The
unsightliness of driving past this everyday has become very frustrating
especially to the ones that end up cleaning up the mess. If someone had the
ability to move the washing machine to the dumpster then they should have had
the same ability to bring it to a junk yard or call 1 800 Got Junk. This is
not an apartment complex, nor should it be treated like one.
I am requesting that the Board no longer allow this practice to occur and
start fining homeowners for treating this community like a junk yard.
