The Board can only do so much. What do comparable HOAs do—install cameras,
monitor and implement fines? Or hire someone to maintain on a daily basis?
Both of these solutions would likely increase the HOA assessment but it’s
better than that area looking like an underdeveloped country. Thing is, that
whole compactor area has gotten progressively nastier. People either don’t know
the rules or think they don’t apply to everyone.
