Hello,
As I understand it, during the Great Flood of May 2015, we had water flowing 
into the complex between Bldgs 100 and 200 from Highland Ave due to the drains 
out there being clogged-up. So the drains both inside and outside our complex 
were not draining, compounding the problem. And I heard that garages in the 100 
bldg had water coming in through both the front and rear of their garages, 
since the rear of their garages are BELOW the grade of Highland. I also saw 
water lines about 4-6 inches high on their garage doors after the water receded.
After that (again, as I understand it), some of the landscaping between Bldgs 
100 and 200 was replaced with rock.
I wasn't here yesterday to see how bad the flooding was, but here are pics from 
2015, showing the flooding on Highland encroaching our property as well as our 
drain not draining.
I would agree with the theory that pinestraw is probably being washed down the 
street from farther up in the complex and clogging the drain between clubhouse 
and Bldg 100.
