This is not a new problem and has occurred at least once a year in the four
years I’ve been here and the people on the board for years know this. Most
residents here are responsible with disposing garbage. Otherwise there would
always be furniture and mattresses placed there. The question is what is the
board and CMA doing to identify the few (lazy residents or even dumpers riding
through) that continually exploit the fact we have no way of monitoring what
goes on here? Real signage is great idea if anyone else has suggestions please
offer up and attend the meeting next month we need fresh ideas here!
