CMA now has ownership of the call box. They should be able to fix it. I've
called CMA in hopes that the on call propert manager can handle it
remotely.
In case anyone ever has issues after hours or on the weekends the number to
call is 800.522.6314. You would dial 9 for the call center. They record the
issue and send it to the on call property manager.
