Just spoke to a police officer. He knocked on the door of the owner, but no one
answered. His hands are tied with regard to towing, but he did say that he can
put a five day sticker on it. If the car is not been moved within five days
they can tow it away.

or association needs to look into getting a no parking sign to place in the
grass there so that drivers can be on notice. Or we need to lobby the city
to get a sign placed at end of Hilliard.
