I have the same issue. I made an order for 2 items and I was told it was
delivered to the mail room. I checked the mail boxes and nothing was left
in my mailbox, nor was a key left. Informed amazon yesterday about the
issue and they said wait 48 hours and if it is still not delivered let them
know. You may want to go ahead and contact Amazon to let them know you
haven't gotten anything to start the process.
