I second the recommendation of Coolray Heating and Air. You might pay a
higher price up front for the system, but then you have a good company
that will maintain the system going forward. I opt for the 5 year
maintenance plan that costs around $550. They come out twice a year at
no extra charge to maintain your unit. Also, when something breaks, and
something will break, they will come out within 24 hours to fix it at no
charge.
Thanks,
Alex

If at all possible, I would recommend avoiding Reliable or Ace & A. We had
nothing but trouble with Ace & A - terrible customer service. I almost had
to call the police on Reliable - they destroyed my mother's garden and then
physically threatened her, also cut her gas line. I have Cool Ray for
servicing at the office and have had good experiences with them, although I
do not think they are generally the most affordable.
