Personally, I would be open to allowing owner-occupied units to rent out
a spare room to AirBnB guests. After checking the docs, it is clear
that even this is not allowed.
14. USE RESTRICTIONS
u. Transient Tenants - No transient tenants or Occupants shall be
accommodated in a Unit.
Transient - noun
1. a person who is staying or working in a place for only a short
time.
