I noticed this too as I was walking around the community. The valve access
in front of the 200 building especially looks bad. It has mud splashed up
onto the stucco near the entrance. In front of Hunaid's door there is a
small pipe laying there and the dirt and mulch is messy looking. I'll take
photos and send over. Is Zurn coming out to fix or are do they consider
themselves finish?
