I am not sure that we want to invest $20k in this entire project right
now;
especially if we are planning more stucco repairs or asphalt resurfacing.
However, I am in favor of pressure washing the following.
- *Definitely*: Gate Entrances, Pillar of Property, Brick Driveway
($2,370)
- *Definitely*:Dumpster and Trash Can Area ($200)
- *Optional*: Club House + Mailbox Area ($400)
This would be a much more reasonable $2400 - $3000.
Thoughts?
