Good afternoon!
Penson Pressure washing and P3 will be sending us the bids for pressure
washing. I will forward as soon as they come in. I included the exterior of the
buildings and the driveways/walkways. They will list this a-la-cart.
Naturescapes will be testing the sprinkler system and making recommendations on
any repairs necessary. They are also sending us the bid for the installation at
the entry area to the left of the entry gate we discussed - I look forward to
sending this to you.

Hi Clara,
In the last meeting, it was mentioned that before we think about landscaping
projects, we'll need to test the sprinklers. When can we test this?
Additionally, we had discussed pressure washing the exteriors of the townhomes
and common areas, and getting a quote to decide about moving forward with this.
If you could share progress with us, that would be great!
