I can put up a few signs in the fitness room. What should they say?
Here is a rough draft of what I'd like to say:

Due to a public health emergency, the HOA does not recommend that you
use the fitness room.
People in the following groups are highly encouraged to stay home due to
the risk of more severe cases or death from COVID-19:
* Anyone who is sick
* Anyone over 60 years old
* Anyone with heart, lung, or kidney disease, diabetes, high blood
pressure, or asthma
* Anyone living with someone in the above groups
Although equipment and high touch surfaces are professionally cleaned
weekly, this measure is not enough to keep you from getting infected
with COVID-19.
If you choose to use the fitness room, please:
* Limit room capacity to three people at a time
* Stay at least six feet away from other parties at all times
* Wipe down equipment and remote controls before use (bring your own
disinfecting wipes)
* As a courtesy to others, please wipe down equipment and remote
controls after use
* Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds upon arrival and
departure
* Sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow or into your shoulder
facing away from others
* Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unclean hands
